Here are the shifts that are available to work. You will notice we have added Saturday sale hours and bartering options! Sign ups are first come, first assigned. You will be notified within 48 hours to let you know if your shift was approved.
There is a link at the bottom of this post to take you to our volunteer sign-up page. We will be sending confirmations via email and/or text, this year, so you will no longer receive a confirmation post card via mail.
*IMPORTANT* If you are a registered consignor, but will not be selling at this sale, please still fill out this form and indicate that you will not be selling/ volunteering.
Thursday, April 12th (set-up day/ pre-sale)
Shift 1: 9:00AM- 1:00PM FULL
Shift 2: 12:30PM -4:30PM FULL
Shift 3: 3:00PM- 7:00PM FULL
Friday, April 13th (childcare available for shifts 1 and 2 only)
Shift 1: 7:30AM- 11:30AM
Shift 2: 9:00AM- 1:00PM
Shift 3: 1:00PM-5:00PM
Shift 4: 4:00PM-8:00PM
Saturday, April 14th (Public sale and break down shifts)
Shift 1: 7:30AM-11:30AM
Shift 2: 11:30AM-3:30PM
Alternate Shift option: Meal Bartering (3 options)
